Vivo Care Choices’ Little Roodee Café will host a brand-new Kaleidoscope stage on Saturday 10 August as part of the Chester Pride celebrations.
The line-up will be dedicated to people with disabilities and performances will be supported by Storyhouse, which has run weekly open-mic nights since last October as part of its Kaleidoscope programme.
Alistair Jeffs, Vivo Managing Director, said: “We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Chester Pride and Storyhouse to help make our city’s Pride event bigger and better than ever though hosting this stage at our Little Roodee Café.
“The café will be open throughout the day so it’ll be a great opportunity to enjoy the festivities of Chester Pride and support some wonderful local performers.”
Storyhouse is still recruiting performers for the stage whether they’re musicians, stand-up comedians, dancers or singers. Anyone who is interested can email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
