Vivo Care Choices’ supported living services in Northwich and Winsford have been running a competition to see who could create the most impressive garden.

Supported living services are provided from a number of different buildings in Northwich and Winsford so people supported by Vivo and staff have been hard at work on this project to try and be crowned the winner.

A number of organisations, such as Wickes and Morrisons, have kindly donated plants and pots to help those taking part in the competition.

Michele Davies, who manages Vivo’s supported living services in Northwich and Winsford, said: “We wanted to do something to help lift everyone’s spirits.

“We had 15 different entries in total, they were all very impressive and you could see how much hard work everyone had put into the competition.

“With the nice weather we’ve had recently, it was a great opportunity for the people we support to get outdoors and keep active.

“At Vivo, we want to make sure our services are at the heart of the community and it’s been a good way for us to engage with some local businesses.”

After sorting through all the entries, the panel came to the following decision.

  • Joint 1st – Pheasant Way and Peregrine Close
  • 2nd – Bluebell Rise
  • 3rd – Brook Lane
