Vivo Care Choices’ Business Plan 2020-21, setting out its plans for the next year, is now available to view online.
Over the last 12 to 18 months, Vivo has made continuous improvements across the organisation, with all services regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) now rated as ‘good’.
There are ambitious plans to continue on that journey and make services the best they can possibly be for the people who use them.
The Business Plan 2020-21 will cover the following areas.

- Vision and values
- Strategic aims
Alistair Jeffs, Managing Director of Vivo, said: “We can all be very proud of the improvements we’ve made across Vivo.
“While we’re pleased with how we’ve developed our services, there is still plenty more we want to achieve over the coming years.
“Our new five-year contract with Cheshire West and Chester Council, with the option for it to be extended by a further five years, gives us a brilliant opportunity to look at how we shape our services moving forward.
“Not only does our Business Plan 2020-21 highlight our plans for the next year, but it also shows some of the great work that went on over the previous 12 months.
“We’ve invested heavily in some of our buildings, expanded services, launched various new projects, significantly raised our profile and much more.
“Our dedicated workforce has been exceptional over the last couple of months as we responded to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
“Our staff, as well as the people we support and their carers and families, will continue to be at the heart of everything we do moving forward.”
